Abstract

The article gives theoretical approaches to cognitive and linguodidactic aspects of teaching foreign languages in multicultural and multiethnic environment, reveals the conceptual foundations of positive transference and the interference influence of previously studied foreign languages, determines the place of the native language in teaching the third foreign language.
