Abstract

the article outlines the scientific basis for preparing for rapid movement at the objects of the economy in the event of an emergency. In addition, when conducting training exercises, mechanisms for the use of the necessary tools in terms of protection against emergencies of a natural and man-made nature were cited at the facilities in the regions.
