Abstract

This article talks about the combination of national and foreign experience in increasing the social activity of women educators. the main task of female pedagogues is to impart knowledge to students. In addition to conveying the information to be taught to students in a beautiful and understandable way, the teacher is also responsible for working with students who have different characteristics and behaviors. Also, if the teacher learns the behavior of his students well, the lesson will be successful.
