Abstract

The article theoretically analyzes the problems of developing students' speaking competences in mother tongue education, that is, the formation of correct, conscious, expressive reading skills in the student, making them a creative person who thinks deeply from an ordinary book reader. it is meant to raise to the level of a reader, expand one's perception of nature, worldview, read and understand any form of text, acquire the skills of critical and creative thinking. After all, the main task of elementary school mother tongue and reading classes is to prepare students for academic activities, to form a generation that can enter into a conversation with others, and can effectively convey their thoughts to others.
