Abstract

In the educational process, leadership is a two-way process in which both the leader is realized by the teacher, setting the standard of successful self-developing individual's behavior, and in the process of educational activity the leadership qualities of the students are formed. The article considers the aspects of the leadership phenomenon in relation to the education system. The education of leader is considered as a regulated process of personal transformation in the context of its social activity.
