Abstract

The rating of the department is the average rating of the teachers of the department (according to the staffing of the department), taking into account the number of the department; the percentage of teachers with degrees and titles; staffing of the department; availability of postgraduate studies, doctoral studies, etc. Finally, the rating of the faculty is the average rating of the departments of the faculty (additionally, the number of students at the faculty, including foreign citizens, participation in sports, cultural, educational, scientific and other events are taken into account). According to the results of the rating assessment, various forms of material incentives and moral incentives for teachers and heads of departments are established. The experience of many universities has confirmed the effectiveness of the rating assessment of the activities of teachers, departments and faculties in all major areas of activity.
