Abstract

One of the most spectacular sports is sprinting. The problem of increasing the speed of running at sprint distances attracts the attention of many specialists. Powerful speed developed by athletes; freedom, ease and economy of movement create the feeling of an athlete hovering over the treadmill. However, behind the seeming simplicity and elegance of motor actions lies a huge creative work of scientists, athletes, practical trainers.
