Abstract

Robotic automation systems include the provision of high production rates and high efficiency. Robotic automation in technological processes will consist of using materials, improving product quality, improving safety and reducing factory production times. High-speed technological processes and increased productivity were the two biggest reasons to justify the use of automation. Despite claims of higher quality than better processing by humans, usually automated systems performing the production process with less variability than human workers, resulting in greater control and ensures consistency of product quality. In addition, the increased control of the technological process makes it possible to use it effectively and materials, resulting in less technical error. Despite these advantages, control of the final product is still carried out by workers. This is the case in this study it is planned to avoid quality problems in video processing integrated with robotic automation several processes are introduced to solve the final quality problem. This is the system that controls the actions of workers is reflected in predetermined directions of movement with signals coming from the line. It is aimed at ensuring the continuity of the technological process in time the products sent to the customer must go through a completely error-free process.
