Abstract

This paper investigates major points of the human resources in agricultural activities of the Republic of Uzbekistan. On this case, most of the research has been focused on the development of the Human resources, their management and efficiency of workflow. Furthermore, research has been tackling the issues of the problems on the HR research and proposed some vivid points to get better points.
