Abstract

in this article, the institution of proof and evidence used in all types of civil court proceedings and its tools, the provision of evidence as general rules and special measures of proof, court orders, theoretical rules on evidence evaluation actions, analysis of some practical examples, cases to be proven in some civil cases and opinions and suggestions were given in this regard.
