Abstract

From small to large companies, distribution channels play an important role in getting their products to consumers. If the companies do not use the distribution channels, it will lead to the appearance of many gaps and spoilage of tourist products. This will cause a lot of damage to the company. When distribution channels are used, these gaps are reduced and eliminated. For example, in large hotels, it is very important that many rooms are occupied. Rooms must be pre-booked by guests through distribution channels. If the rooms are not booked in advance, they may remain empty. This will cause a lot of damage to the hotel.

The purpose of this thesis is to analyze how distribution channels are a part of marketing and how much they benefit companies when they are used and how much they harm when they are not used, to determine which distribution channel they should use.

Another main goal is to determine which channels are used by companies in the same industry, and which ones are useful for them.
