Abstract

Understanding the economic efficiency of the constituent elements of the designed residential environment determines an integrated approach to the architectural organization of residential development, taking into account: the requirements of territorial planning and urban zoning, based on the formation of building types by type of use, property, service, functionality, number of storeys and classes quality; transport and pedestrian traffic, providing an optimal radius of access to the serving external infrastructure; landscape and planning requirements for a sustainable habitat.
