The article provides data on the fact that, when setting diagnosis of infectious enterotoxemia of sheep, it is necessary to pay attention to the epizootic situation of the disease, the course and manifestation of clinical signs, and also take into account the characteristic pathological changes. But the final diagnosis is based on laboratory studies with the isolation of the causative agent of the disease and bioassay on sensitive laboratory animals.
