Abstract

The article analyzes the implementation of the national policy of the former Soviet state in Uzbekistan, including the Fergana Valley, and its consequences in the 80s of the 20th century. It also tried to shed light on problems in the field of national languages, personnel policy and development of national cultures in the valley.
