Abstract

Currently, the detention of prisoners in the pre-trial detention center is carried out in unfavorable social, psychological and sanitary conditions. According to a number of authors, the antisocial mood of the personality of most prisoners violates the lines of value, often leads to mutual responsibility, violence, parasitism and the desire to resist the administration of the detention center.
