An Innovative Approach to the Pathogenetic Treatment of Reactive Dystrophic Diseases of the Salivary Glands

Abstract

In order to study the effectiveness of topical application of platelet autogenic plasma in the complex treatment of patients with reactive dystrophic diseases of the salivary glands, 162 patients aged 20 to 75 years with suspected presence of this pathology were examined. It is proved that the complex therapy of reactive-dystrophic pathology of the salivary glands in patients in parallel with diet, oral sanitation and pharmacotherapy should provide intra-current administration of platelet-enriched autoplasm, the use of exercise therapy and massage, which increases the effectiveness of inpatient treatment by 4.9%.
