Abstract

The article analyzes the activity of Uzbek intellectuals in the field of preservation of cultural heritage and its interpretation in the press. Also, in the periodical press, not only important information and statistical data on socio-economic life, but also the views of the contemporaries of the event, the opinions of representatives of various categories were analyzed.
