Abstract

The economy of the country, which was in a difficult situation due to the First World War, especially the cotton sector of agriculture, was pulled into a deep recession as a result of the October coup, the economic restructuring carried out by the Bolsheviks, and the intensification of the armed struggle between the Red Army and the pro-independence forces.
