Abstract

As part of the implementation of education reforms, the emergence of a new form of education is inevitable, which would meet all the requirements for innovative education and ensure the effective implementation of basic educational programs. These requirements are best met by distance learning, the purpose of which is to combine the advantages of using modern distance learning technologies based on the use of Internet technologies, modern multimedia equipment and traditional education.
